Your satisfaction is always our goal! HOT STAR hair has been doing our best to make every customer have a nice shopping experience here. So if you have any problem with the product or service, please feel free to contact us. We guarantee money back on all acceptable returns.

  1. Items returned within 30 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn’t match the description, please feel free to contact us, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.
  2. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sellerfurbished or previously owned products.
  3. Please notice that if you want to return any or all parts of your order, you need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.
  4. Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.
  5. After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.
  6. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

    Order Cancelling: We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.

    1. If contact us within 24 hours after your payment finished, 5% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.

    2. If after 24 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee.

    3. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the hair extension.

    4.If choosing the paypal echeck to pay, it needs 5-7 days for PayPal to complete the settlement. during this time, if the customer wants to the refund, 5% of the order total will be charged as handling fee. All rights to interpret are reserved by Hotstarhair.com

    5.Return the hair to us with a tracking number within one week of receiving it

    Note: If requesting for repair or exchange or cancel your order, you shall firstly contact us by service email:  support@hotstarhair.com We will not provide any exchange, return or repair service on returned hair extension without our permission, and all loss will be afforded by customers.

    Return Process
    To return your product,please send email to support@hotstarhair.com get return address.
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.(Including customs clearance fee)
    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Refund time
    After receiving the goods in the warehouse, we confirm that the goods are intact and will refund you within two working days
